Winning the Peace - Implementing Human & Women's Rights

"America has supported the advance of globalization for decades, through Republican and Democratic administrations, whether we realized it or not. Up until recently, we had a Cold War to occupy our strategic attention span, and so we paid no mind to that globalization process, but now we are finally - thanks to 9/11 - seeing the world for what it truly is: divided between the connected Core and the Non-Integrating Gap."

"It is neither a Republican nor Democrat approach when America strikes back at the Gap, because when the Gap strikes out at America, it has little to do with policies of one administration or another. It has to do with America being intimately identified with a historical process that some in the Gap fear will destroy the world they know and love - and they are right to fear it. Globalization will eventually remake the entire Gap into an image we in the Core recognize far more than those currently trapped there."

"When implementing the overarching principle of the Global Transaction Strategy, its macro rule set on security can be summarized in three basic goals. First, we need to do everything feasible to nurture security relations across the Functioning Core by maintaining and expanding our historical alliances, and increasing the Core's immune-system response capacity to deal with System Perturbations of the sort we suffered on 9/11. Second, working bilaterally with key Seam States and multilaterally with the Core as a whole, we need to discretely firewall off the Core from the Gap's most destabilizing flows - namely, terrorism, drugs and pandemic diseases - while working the immigration rule set to provide opportunity to all who can contribute. Third, America must commit itself to progressively shrinking the Gap by continuing to export security to its greatest trouble spots, while integrating any countries that are economic success stories as quickly as possible."

These are excerpts from former Naval War College Professor and Political Science Phd, Dr. Thomas P. M. Barnett's book "The Pentagon's New Map - War and Peace in the Twenty-First Century". This is a great book about recognizing and understanding, and when required enforcing within the Gap, the new Global Security Rules Set that already exists because of globalization.

This book is an inside out and upside down look from a defense strategist about influencing the world for a future worth creating, instead of the usual inevitable thinking of these patriots about how to avoid all the potential disaster scenarios. Get a copy, it is a page turner, it is uplifting and thank you Dr. Barnett! You have put out an uplifting vision and unbelievably great piece of work!

Overall, new military enlistments have been below goals for quite some time.
Who will serve if our volunteers resign because voters quit the mission?

Could it end in a military draft? Might it include our daughters?
Do our troops deserve votes of support along with words?
Is this a viable election issue - What Our Troops Want?
Is there a more important election issue during wartime?

Should our volunteers be politicized? Patriots, they already are because they already vote, almost to a volunteer, they vote.

Our messages will help politicize the American electorate to support our troops' majority wishes.

Properly align your votes. Connect the dots!

Our volunteers are not policy makers, nor will they ever vote for a military dictatorship ...

They are young Americans and are our best ambassadors of peace!
